Darlene M. Spinella is a legal assistant and has been employed with the firm for over nine years. Before joining the firm, Darlene worked for SouthTrust Bank for five years as a commercial lending administrative assistant. Darlene is an expert in commercial loan documentation including Small Business Administration Loans.

Corrine Collins is a Certified Land Closer and Licensed Title Agent. Corrine worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company for 10 years where she gained invaluable experience in the title insurance arena. In 1995, Chicago Title closed its Florida escrow departments and Corrine went to work for real estate attorney Louis F. Sisson III, where she remained until his death in 2003. Corrine joined Duncan & Associates, P.A. on December 1, 2003.
