Darlene has been working with Gordon Duncan for 17 years. Prior to working at Duncan & Associates, P.A., Darlene worked for SouthTrust Bank for 5 years as a commercial lending administrative assistant. Darlene is a highly skilled and and experienced commercial real estate paralegal.
Corrine is a Certified Land Closer and licensed Title Agent. She began her career working for Chicago Title Insurance Company for 10 years. Once Chicago Title Ins. Co. closed its escrow department, Corrine began working as a residential real estate paralegal. Corrine joined the firm in 2003.
Joyce is a paralegal who works primarily in our litigation department assisting with our commercial and residential legal disputes. She has been with our office since 2010. Prior to joining the Duncan & Associates team, Joyce worked as a bank litigation assistant and held several other banking positions.
Eileen handles the firm's bookkeeping. Prior to working for Duncan & Associates she spent 30 years in Public Accounting, 15 of those as an Enrolled Agent. Eileen has worked for several CPA firms in addition to owning her own accouting firm. She has been with us for 3 years.
Gordon has practiced law in Southwest Florida for the past 38 years. He was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl, the son of a Duval County Judge. Before moving to Fort Myers, Gordon attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies and Stetson University for his Juris Doctorate. Immediately after taking the Florida Bar he moved to Fort Myers Florida and began his career working for the Fort Myers Public Defender's Office. Gordon eventually transitioned into civil litigation after switching to private practice.
Ashley is a recent graduate of the University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Florida. She was born and raised in Fort Myers before she began her academic career at the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in English. While at the University of Miami Ashley was an active member on the prestigious Charles C. Pappy Moot Court Board.
