Gordon Duncan, Partner
Gordon has practiced law in Southwest Florida for the past 40 years. He represents banks, commercial real estate companies, and individuals in a wide array of real estate matters. He is involved in every step of his client's transactions from contract drafting to closing. He possesses wide-ranging trial experience handling litigation involving complex real property disputes. He has represented investors, developers, landlords and corporations before federal and state courts.

Ashley Segal, Associate Attorney
Ashley, born and raised in Fort Myers, focuses her practice on the prosecution and defense of all real estate matters in both state and federal court. She represents clients on contract disputes, landlord tenant issues, ADA defense and all related real estate matters. Ashley has experience representing buyers, sellers, tenants, corporations and property management companies in a variety of litigation matters.

Darlene Spinella
Darlene has been working with Gordon Duncan for 17 years. Prior to working at Duncan & Associates, P.A., Darlene worked for SouthTrust Bank for 5 years as a commercial lending administrative assistant. Darlene is a highly skilled and and experienced commercial real estate paralegal.
Corrine Collins
Corrine is a Certified Land Closer and licensed Title Agent. She began her career working for Chicago Title Insurance Company for 10 years. Once Chicago Title Ins. Co. closed its escrow department, Corrine began working as a residential real estate paralegal. Corrine joined the firm in 2003.
Joyce Scarborough
Joyce is a paralegal who works primarily in our litigation department assisting with our commercial and residential legal disputes. She has been with our office since 2010. Prior to joining the Duncan & Associates team, Joyce worked as a bank litigation assistant and held several other banking positions.
Eileen Williams
Eileen handles the firm's bookkeeping. Prior to working for Duncan & Associates she spent 30 years in Public Accounting, 15 of those as an Enrolled Agent. Eileen has worked for several CPA firms in addition to owning her own accouting firm. She has been with us for 3 years.
